The speakers noted that digitalization has become one of the key factors in increasing the efficiency of the modern army. “Our key focus is preserving war experience. It is about creating systems for collecting and structuring data (big data), which can be used for analytics and even working with artificial intelligence. This is the foundation for future solutions — not only digital ones,” said Ihor Khmylevskyi. Special attention was paid on the air to the development of the “Army+” ecosystem, one of the directions of which was the creation of educational courses for military personnel. In particular, a course on working with electronic warfare (EW) equipment was presented, which was developed by a team of specialists from the NGO “Magura” and is aimed at practical training of military personnel.

According to Vladyslav Chernetsky, the team conducted extensive analytical work before launching the training direction: “We analyzed hundreds of sources — Telegram channels, blogs; interviewed military personnel from different units. The greatest demand is for practical knowledge: how to maintain a generator, how to work with equipment, how to avoid typical mistakes,” he noted. The NGO “Magura” emphasizes that the educational component has become an important step in the development of “Army+”. After all, the platform is gradually turning into a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the military — from training to process management. The speakers also emphasized that one of the main challenges remains scaling such solutions — from prototypes to full-fledged implementation in a large number of units.
