MAGURA NGO and Kara Dag Technologies Sign Memorandum of Cooperation

MAGURA NGO and Kara Dag Technologies have officially signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at developing joint initiatives in the fields of technology, innovation, support for Ukraine’s defense capabilities, and cooperation between civil society and the technology sector.

Kara Dag Technologies is a Ukrainian technology company founded in 2023 by engineers and entrepreneurs with backgrounds in the IT industry. The company’s engineering team develops devices for signal detection, radio signal recognition, and direction finding for civilian use, including by tourists and forestry professionals. Kara Dag Technologies also specializes in machine learning, microcontrollers, GNU Radio, antenna development, hardware engineering, and production setup.

The partnership between MAGURA NGO and Kara Dag Technologies includes the exchange of expertise, implementation of joint projects, support for educational and research initiatives, and the development of technological solutions beneficial to Ukrainian society during the war and the post-war recovery period.

“Today, cooperation between civil society organizations and technology companies is of strategic importance. We highly appreciate Kara Dag Technologies’ willingness to contribute to joint efforts and support initiatives aimed at strengthening the resilience of Ukrainian society,” representatives of MAGURA NGO stated.

The signing of the memorandum marks another step toward building partnerships that combine innovation, responsibility, and a shared vision for Ukraine’s future.

The program is based on advanced training materials from specialists at the Akershus University Clinic (Norway).
