Founder of NGO "Magura" Valeriy Markus is among the winners of the Ukrainian Powerlifting Championship
The Ukrainian Powerlifting Championship and individual exercises of the UPC (Ukrainian Powerlifting Committee) federation took place in Kyiv - an annual national competition that brings together the country's strongest athletes. This year, more than 250 athletes took part in them.
The founder of NGO "Magura" Valeriy Markus was among the participants. According to the results of the competition, he took 3rd place in the absolute championship, as well as first and second places in individual powerlifting exercises.
Thus, Valeriy Markus fulfilled the standard of a master of sports in one of the competitive disciplines and three standards for the title of candidate for master of sports at once.
